Throughout her career, Shivawn has successfully guided organizations through complex regulatory landscapes, social equity initiatives, developed award-winning licensing applications, and implemented scalable infrastructure across numerous U.S. states, including California, Illinois, Florida, and Pennsylvania, as well as international markets like the Caribbean.

Her most recent position as the Senior Vice President of Compliance at Oakland Manager, LLC, dba Justice Cannabis Co., Shivawn oversaw ethics and compliance initiatives, mitigating risks through proactive regulatory strategies. Her tenure at the company includes prior roles such as Vice President of U.S. Emerging Markets, where she led policy strategies for launching regulated cannabis industries across multiple states, and Executive Vice President of California Operations, where she drove revenue growth, optimized operations, and enhanced production efficiency.

A lifelong learner, Shivawn pursued a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University. She holds certifications in Regulatory Affairs from UC Berkeley Extension program. In 2018 she was recognized as one of Marijuana Venture’s "40 Under 40: Rising Stars in the Cannabis Industry”.
